Request Your Make-up Lesson

You know your child’s schedule best. Make-up class availability for each studio is automatically updated by the system and is available 24/7 online via the Parent Portal so you can see when there are openings for make-up lessons for you to choose from.

You may choose your child’s make-up with any teacher on any day that there is availability. Be sure to choose the right location and a teacher that is listed as teaching the type of lesson (e.g. piano, voice etc.) your child needs to make-up.

If You Are Going to be Away or Need to Miss Your Lesson

1. For an absence to be eligible for a makeup lesson – (24hrs) notice minimum notice is required – no exceptions

2. All absences must be submitted via the Parent Portal https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/portal/ppLogin.asp?id=508592

3. Each family is responsible to schedule their makeup lessons via the Parent Portal based on teacher availability 

4. Each student is permitted up to 2 make-up lessons
